This is an AWM-500 Series of full-metal models of G-Shock's first analog-digital watches. Based on the AW-500 model that was released in 1989—the first-generation analog-digital combination G-Shock watch—these models use hardy stainless steel on their bezels and bands. Rose gold ion plating has been applied to the entire model.
The band was developed specifically for the AWM-500 and manages to recreate the smooth shape of the AW-500 by using a curved design that melds into the case. The back of the watch features Screw Lock Back. A mirror and hairline finish has been applied to each surface of the bezel, and the use of 3D indices and vapor deposition treatment on the dial enhances the feel of the watch.
The time is automatically corrected within Multi-Band 6 areas. Additionally, Tough Solar technology provides a stable source of power and the watch is packed with functional features such as high-luminance Full Auto LED illumination and World Time.

We proudly ship to PO Boxes and international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local delivery charges incurred once the package arrives in the destination country.
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility.

At Elizalde Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive your desired item is to first return your original purchase. If the item meets our return criteria and your return is approved, you may then place a new order for the replacement item as a separate transaction. This ensures availability and timely processing of your preferred selection.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
